What I Am Not
I’m not a psychologist or therapist, and my services aren’t covered by medical aid, so Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMBs) can’t be claimed with me, but what I can offer you is what I’ve been able to pass onto numerous others who’ve chosen to work with me.
What I Offer:
1. A clear understanding of how your emotions interact with your brain
This is fundamental knowledge that should already be part of our school curriculum, as it reflects how all human brains function and has the potential to empower both children and adults to lead significantly less anxious lives.
2. An analysis of your current emotional landscape
We’ll identify the set of emotions that show up most for you and how it’s affecting your life, negatively or positively.
3. A customised toolkit of strategies to go with every brain state reaction that you’re living with
We all have reactive patterns that we slip into, for each brain state there’s a range of these patterns. We’ll find your most active ones and create strategies to help you shift out of those states when you find yourself there.
I can tell you with confidence, that this work is the missing piece in all of the healing work you’ve been doing. An understanding of some basic neuroscience, paired with some introspection, followed by some creative strategies to execute – sounds like a good time to me…! (With maybe a few tears in between.)
The Process:
We will work together online for 6 consecutive weeks, with 6 one-hour, 1-on-1 NeuroEmotional Coaching sessions.
If you commit to our once a week sessions, and do the work, you will feel a significant shift in the way that you understand and look at your world, the people in it and the challenges you face. This shift will empower you to move into an ‘Executive Brain’ space where you can learn the skills needed to master being the creator of your life. Because really, that’s all you’re here to do.
