I work at the level of your nervous system, guiding you through a process of self-discovery and emotional sovereignty. This isn’t therapy. It’s not about diagnosing or fixing. It’s about exploring, understanding, and ultimately transforming.

When you step into a session with me, it’s like taking a mini-holiday from the noise of everyday life. I create a space where you can relax and breathe, where you feel safe enough to be completely honest with yourself.

We start by grounding. We check in with where you are emotionally, mentally, and physically. This sets the tone for our work together, anchoring you in the present moment, away from the chaos of the world outside.

From there, we dive deep. You are free to start wherever you need to – whether it’s a pressing issue that’s been weighing on you or a vague feeling you can’t quite name. I listen. Not just to your words, but to the emotions underneath them. To the stories your nervous system is holding on to.

I don’t guide you to answers – you find them yourself. I am here to help you explore, to ask the questions that reveal the hidden layers, and to hold space as you navigate your inner landscape.
