I’m Shannon Mary – a lifelong entrepreneur, mother, and NeuroEmotional Coach.

I created this workshop because I know what it’s like to feel anxious, overwhelmed, and alone, even when you seem perfectly fine to others. As a single mom raising an ADHD child in a system not designed with them in mind, I tried everything. Nothing created the lasting shift I needed until I discovered how to work with my nervous system (and help my child work with his).

This work changed everything. It gave me clarity, steadiness, and a way to show up as the parent, leader, and human I wanted to be. That’s why I’ve poured my experience and training from The Center for Emotional Education into this workshop – so you don’t have to waste years searching for answers the way I did.

I designed it to be simple, practical, and life changing.

Is there real science behind this?

100%. As a qualified NeuroEmotional Coach, trained at The Center for Emotional Education, I teach tools grounded in neuroscience and explain why they work, so you can apply them with confidence in any situation.

Is this rooted in real life or just theory?

As a single mom and entrepreneur raising an ADHD child in a world that doesn’t make it easy for them to thrive, I had tried it all. Learning how to work with my nervous system, and support my child in working with his, was the missing piece.

Do these tools actually work long term?

These aren’t quick fixes or surface-level “hacks.” They’re simple practices that, with repetition, rewire how you respond, making calm, clear choices second nature over time.
