“I was battling the flu and family tension while doing this course, so it was a wild, overstimulating period, but thankfully the tools were so helpful. I’ve noticed there are a lot of limiting beliefs I’m trying to unravel, especially around consistency and self-care. What stood out to me was seeing just how active my survival brain really is – like if the cheese grater falls on the floor while making breakfast, then suddenly the whole day feels like an emergency.
