Meet The Creator

I’m Shannon Mary – a lifelong entrepreneur, Brand Strategist and NeuroEmotional Coach.

I created this workshop because I know what it’s like to feel anxious, overwhelmed, and alone, even when you seem perfectly fine to others. As a single mom raising an AuDHD child (a blend of ADHD and autistic traits) in a world not designed with us in mind, I eventually realised no strategy or routine could replace what my nervous system (and my child’s) truly needed: safety and regulation.

This work changed everything. It gave me clarity, steadiness, and a way to show up as the parent, leader, and human I wanted to be. That’s why I’ve poured my experience and training into workshops like this one – so you don’t have to waste years searching for answers the way I did.

How long until I feel a real shift?

Many people notice calmer responses within days as they start practising in the moment. With repetition, deeper change builds over 2-4 weeks, rewiring how you respond so calm, clear choices become second nature.

How long does it take to complete?

The full audio takes an hour to listen to, but this workshop isn’t designed to be rushed. With short quizzes and reflection prompts, most people take about 2 weeks to move through it at a steady pace.

Is it effective no matter your situation?

Yes. These tools are designed to work in real life, not just in ideal conditions. Whether you’re navigating work stress, parenting challenges, or personal struggles, they’ll help you find steadiness no matter what comes your way.

Is there real science behind this?

100%. I trained as a NeuroEmotional Coach through the Center for Emotional Education, where I first studied the neuroscience behind emotional regulation. This work builds on that, drawing from the research of Dr Daniel Siegel, Dr Bruce Perry, Dr Becky Bailey, among others – all of whom I reference throughout the workshop for those who’d like to go deeper.

Will I have to relive my trauma?

You won’t be asked to rehash painful memories. While there may be gentle reflection on past experiences, the focus is on how your nervous system is responding right now, because real change happens in the present.

How does this compare to long-term therapy?

While therapy can be deeply supportive in many cases, this workshop gives you education and practices you’ll return to for life, without the ongoing costs.
