Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Shannon Mary (Pty) Ltd, a NeuroEmotional Coaching service provided by Shannon McLaughlin. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
- Client: The individual receiving the coaching services.
- Coach: Shannon McLaughlin, providing NeuroEmotional Coaching.
- Services: NeuroEmotional Coaching sessions, courses, and related activities.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Services Provided
- NeuroEmotional Coaching sessions.
- Online courses and workshops.
- Educational content related to emotional and neuroemotional well-being.
4. Booking and Payment
- All sessions and courses must be booked in advance.
- Payments must be made prior to the commencement of the service.
- We accept EFT transfer or credit card payments.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service unless it is an emergency. In such cases, we will make exceptions and reschedule the session.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during the sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or consented to by the client.
7. Disclaimer
- The services provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Clients are responsible for their own well-being and decisions.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
