How it works



I’m Shannon Mary – a mom, lifelong entrepreneur, and NeuroEmotional Coach.
This workshop exists because back in 2020, when I first discovered this information, my whole world shifted. Understanding the basic biology behind my triggers and why I would react the way I did, changed everything for me. It gave me back an element of control that I desperately needed as I began rebuilding my life from scratch as a newly single mother.
It gave me clarity, self-trust, and a way to show up as the parent, leader, and human I wanted to be. That’s why I’ve poured my experience and training into workshops like this – to help those juggling it all find their way back to confidence and clarity.
